The dark lord who seeks to conquer the land,
And bring it all under his evil command.
Through forests deep and mountains high,
The hero journeys on, with a glint in his eye.
His sword at his side, his armor gleaming bright,
He knows the fate of the land, rests on his might.
The defenders stand ready, atop the battlements,
Arrows fly and spears are thrust, in fierce testament.
But the hero is not deterred, he charges on,
Scaling the walls, with a determination strong.
He reaches the fortress of Ironhold,
A place of legends, and stories of old.
The walls are high, the gates are strong,
But the hero is determined, to right what is wrong.

The hero confronts the dark lord, with sword in hand,
Their battle is fierce, and nothing goes as planned.

With a final blow, the hero strikes true,
The dark lord falls, defeated and through.
The hero emerges victorious, a champion true,
And the land is free, once more, from the dark lord's brew.

For glory, for honor, for a chance to be reborn.
The warriors charge, with fury in their hearts,
As they clash in mortal combat, tearing each other apart.
But amidst the chaos and carnage, a hero emerges,
Wielding a sword of light, that glows like a star.
With a thunderous cry, he leads the charge,
Cutting down his foes, like wheat before the scythe.
The enemy quakes in fear, as they face his might,
For he is the chosen one, the champion of light.

Another gem from Northern Silence Productions, Aussie one-man act Fathomage delivers relentlessly one full-length a year since 2018. This one is again an amazing atmospheric BM extremely well-crafted composition, suffice to listen to the first 12 min of the album, i.e. the first track, to be fully immersed in a mystical Tolkien's journey... but modern, dark ambient elements make it stand out from the baseline! Highly recommended!!
